Ship To Address

I had a buyer who said we shipped to the incorrect address, even though we shipped specifically to the address provided to us in the Ship-to Section in the shopping cart. The Ship to address in PayPal, however, is the same as that as the Billing address in the cart.

I just want to make sure I'm not doing anything incorrectly here if I ship to the address the buyer provides in the Ship-to section of the shopping cart - this is what we go by, unless requested differently.

I don't know how you could do anything different than ship to the address on the order.

If they are using PayPal Express they will have to select the Ship To address on the PayPal side and that information is passed to ShopSite. They don't actually enter any billing or Shipping address on the ShopSite side, it is all passed to ShopSite by PayPal.

I don't remember if all PayPal payment methods are that way. What PayPal payment method(s) do you have configured?

I have PayPal Standard, but will be upgrading this year - don't use Express. They currently enter billing and shipping information in the Shopsite cart - and this is the information I use for shipping. I don't understand how this data can get juxtaposed?
