Buyer can't get to checkout page

I received the following this morning, but am getting other orders. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

"I have items in my cart and for some reason your site doesn't let it go to the checkout page."

What browser were they using?
Did they have Cookies enabled?
Did they have Javascript enabled?
Was an error appearing at the top of the shopping cart screen? Often there is an error that they need to put in a zipcode, select a payment method, choose a shipping options etc. They may not be noticing such an error.

What is the url to your store? I'll try in a couple of different browsers and see if it works for me.
