Urgent: Not Receiving Order Info on Shopsite End

This has happened before. I'm getting the payment notification from PayPal, but not from Shopsite, and it doesn't appear in my Shopsite dashboard. As it's getting very busy, this is not the greatest time for this to be happening. Can someone please help asap? Thanks,

I applied a patch last time this happened. I did call PayPal and they said many people were calling in with the same issue with the IPN. I'm starting to get them now, slowly.
