Hello,
I'm trying to use the ShopSite plugin on my Wordpress (version 3.6) website and I can't seem to get it to work. I've followed the instructions. I copied and pasted in the fields and it says the connection is successful. The ShopSite icon is shown on the toolbar. I click on it, type in a product name, and it says searching. Then that's it. I've left it searching for 30 minutes at least. It seems like it can't find any of my products?

How many products do you have?
How long does it take for the 'Test connection' function to complete in the ShopSite plugin settings?

The website host is iPage.
I have about 70 products.
It took about five seconds to complete and show the test was successful.
