html editor not working/shows partial toolbar

the html editor is not functioning. it did for awhile then did not. i have read this document:

it says:
"The most common reason for the toolbar to not load properly is that an incorrect 'Secure Store URL' setting has been specified in the Preferences -> Hosting Service menu. This setting should be the secure URL equivalent of the regular Store URL, and is used as the base URL to load the toolbar file when the backoffice menu you are on is accessed securely via https://. If the URL in this 'Secure Store URL' setting is incorrect, the URL used to load the Basic.js file will be incorrect and the toolbar will not load properly..."

OK. I have worked with Hostmonster and have my settings correct, according to them. My cart works. I have SSL. Manager. My secure settings are:

https://domainame.com

i have also tried https://domainname/shopsite/ss
https://domainname/shopsite/sc

pls help with html editor and obviously the right setting for the secure store url.

my product pages are not designed with Shopsite and the only needed secure pages are the checkout pages, as I understand.

What is your regular 'Store URL' as shown on the Preferences -> Hosting Service menu? If it is http://domainname/shopsite and you have a SSL certificate for domainname, then your 'Secure Store URL' should probably be https://domainname/shopsite (i.e. the exact same as your Store URL, but with https:// instead of http://).
