Dont Show Cart using the OrderAnywhere method

I use the OrderAnywhere method to add items to the shopping cart. Is there a way to use the OrderAnywhere method to pass an item to the cart without displaying the cart?

I understand setting the following...
Commerce Setup > Order System > Shopping cart,
Default for the "Show me my shopping cart" checkbox Uncheck
Do not display the "Show me my shopping cart" check box Check

But that does not seem to work with the OrderAnywhere method.
