Password question

I received the password change reminder; then changed it. But am still getting the reminder. Any ideas?

Are you using the webserver login (only asks for username and password) or the ShopSite login (asks for user, password, storeid) or are both enabled?
What is the Change Password message that you are receiving? Have you been able to sudcessfully change the password and are still getting the message or are you unable to change the password?

Where is you store hosted? Some hosts have a single sign on so changing the password is done outside of ShopSite.

It only asks for my username and password when I login.

When I go into the Orders section a box pops up at the top that says: Reminder - it is time to change your password - click here to change your password - then Remind me in 1, 90, 180 days. We use Hostmonster.

The thing is, after I changed the password on Shopsite, that is what I have to use to login; so it is recognizing it, but not sure why it wants me to keep resetting it.

Did you choose the option to "Remind me in 180 days"? If you do that it should not prompt again for 180 days.
