Set Search Make Page field via an Upload

I know you can set a path as the Search Make Page field during an upload, but is there a way to also set the radio button and the field that has "Store, More Info, Made, None") as the drop down? Is there a true/false for the radio button and an index number I can set for those fields? What are those two field names?

There are 3 field that are used for the product search destination in the download and upload files:Search Make Page, Search Dest Type, Search Dest. I set up 5 products with various options The first has the radio button for a url selected and the url entered, the next 4 had the radio button for the dropdown list selected and a different option from the pulldown selected.

Here is what was in the download file, hopefully the columns will line up.

So if the radio button for the URL option is enabled then the URL goes in the Search Make Page field and "specified" goes in the Search Dest Type field.
If the radio button option for the pulldown is enabled then "selected" goes in the Search Dest Type field and the selected option goes in the Search Dest field.
