Variable Pricing/Discounts Based On Time

Is there a way we can set up variable pricing or discounts based on time? We currently have a progressive mark-down policy on our consignment inventory over a 90-day period. Example: 15% discount for weeks 3-4, 30% discount for weeks 5-6, 50% discount for weeks 7-8).

We are currently resetting the prices manually, and of course as you know, this method is very time consuming as our consignment inventory grows daily. Ideally, we would like to have the price change automatically as time passes on only our consignment inventory.

Please note not all products are consignment, so a global discount will not work.

There is no built in functionality that would do what you are asking.
Probably the easiest thing would be to keep an Excel spread sheet and do the price reductions there and then upload the products to the store to update the prices.
