Wishpot.... are people using and liking it?

Is anyone using WishPot and liking it? The problem I see is that it redirects someone AWAY from my site, and to the Wishpot 3rd party site. That doesn't help me convert visitors to sales as they may wander through WishPot with all the other vendors and forget to come back to my site to complete their transaction.

I'm thus looking at http://www.lexiconn.com/ecommerce/shopsite/wishlist.html which says they offer a gift registry that keeps my customers on my site.

I'm hoping to start a discussion on pros and cons from people using one or both, or who have switched between the two.

(note I've only read about both these products, I've not tried either so if my initial assessment is wrong, please forgive and correct me)
