WordPress plugin error

Hi,

I have installed the WordPress plugin and copied the settings from the back office of ShopSite (Merchandising > Social Media > WordPress) and when I test the connection I am receiving the following error: Connection test failed, check your settings.
Error: Check your callback URL.

I copied the callback URL again and still receive the same error message.

What does this error mean and how can I fix this?

It means the WordPress module could not connect to your ShopSite. Who is the host of your Wordpress blog? They may need to open firewall ports so that it can make a connection to your ShopSite.

Thank you for your prompt response. My store and blog are hosted by Verio. I can try to contact them and see what they do. Thank you again
