Product Reviews

Hi, I hope someone can help me with a request we received from a customer. Our customer has requested for us to resend her a product review email. Please note, this customer had reviewed one of the products (status is pending) ordered and would like to change her review. The original review was given 2 stars and a comment stating ".....did not receive this item". We immediately notified her and informed her that all items were shipped in the one box. She has notified us now that all items are accounted for and the item claimed to be missing was buried under packing peanuts. Her email: "Thank you for your prompt response. After going back into that attic, I am happy to report that they were found under the popcorn wrapper material in the box. The package did arrive on time but of course when asking a teenager to take things out of the box for you when all they want to do is play video games, well you know the rest of the story. If you will send me another rating, I would like to give it five stars, the pricing was excellent and my mother and mother-in-law will tresure such vintage items. I do apologize for my not going and double check behind my son. I will however continue to purchase items from your business. Great items with great pricing."
Is there anyway we can delete the first review and then resend another request to this customer?

Thank you

Sure. You can disapprove the review in the back office under:

Merchandising -> Product Reviews

find the product, and click "Disapprove" if it's already approved (or "Delete" to remove it entirely). Then, just send the customer an email with a link to the moreinfo page URL that contains the product and ask them to click "Write a review" to submit a new review.
