Minimum Quantities

I have set minimum quantities for a product. How can I get ShopSite to automatically increase the product quantity when the product is added to cart. It is displaying a message about quantity, but not changing the minimum amount automatically. Thanks in advance (version 10.0) - Derek

The online help at http://shopsite.com/help/10.0/en-US/sc/pro/add.product.html says

You can configure ShopSite to automatically increase the quantity to the minimum by going to the Commerce Setup > Order System > Shopping Cart screen.

Have you checked that setting?
