I am hoping this issue has already been solved and that it is a simple Explorer setting change.
The issue I am seeing on every one of our Vista & Windows 7 machines with Shopsite Manager 10 sp2 r3.1, when I open any page in the backoffice and try to edit a picture or link, the pop-up window is blank. It is titled "image properties" with nothing in the box. I am also not able to close the pop-up once it is open and either have to clkose the window or refresh the page. Which still does not allow me to edit any of the picture or links.
Hope this is a simple fix.

What browser are you using? If IE try setting the emulation to IE 7 or 8.
This isn't a problem I have heard of before and there are thousands of stores running ShopSite 10.
Another thing to check is make sure the images have the appropriate file extension. If it is a jpeg file make sure it has a .jpg extension, same with gif or png.

Using IE9.
File extention is not the issue. Do not have any issues with the product page images, only when I have images/links embedded on the page using the HTML editor. When I select edit on the menu bar in HTML editor, there is a pop-up for image properties, this window is empty and locks the screen. I will try IE8.

Switching to IE8 in developer tools did the trick. Thanks
