Query Failed - ss_Keyword

Hello!

I'm running ShopSite Pro Version 11 on WallStyleArt.com. After adding a new product and clicking on Publish, I received the following message:

Partial Reindex
Too many products for partial, doing full reindex since it is faster.
Index All
Indexing Products 0-511
Indexing Products 512-1023
Indexing Products 1024-1535
Content-type: text/html

Query failed: columns ss_Keyword, ss_ProductsID are not unique(19)

1. We only have 234 products on this site.
2. I can't locate columns ss_Keyword or ss_ProductsID.

I did a workaround by choosing Utilities/Publish/Regenerate. However, I receive the above error each time I click on the blue "pop up" Publish.

How do I fix this?

The statement "Too many products for partial, doing full reindex since it is faster." is informational only and can be ignored. It simply means that the entire store will be indexed instead of just a couple of products.

The "ss_Keyword or ss_ProductsID" are part of the search database itself and are not fields that you can modify directly. It sounds like the database is missing some tables or has some duplicate fields. So this is probably something that will need more technical support than can be given on the forum.

Where is your store hosted? Have you contacted them, or the company you purchased/leased ShopSite from, for assistance with this issue.
