thankyou.cgi info Different than orderhandler.cgi info!

We place an order, hit Checkout (rather than paypal) and the Thank You page (thankyou.cgi) displays the correct infomation. However when we view the order on shopsite (orderhandler.cgi), the quantity is wrong as well as the billing and shipping address. Ideas????

Sounds like you had multiple shopping carts open and the one that got submitted was not the one you were viewing.
Did the email receipts (shopper and merchant copies) have the same order number as the one on the thankyou screen and in orderhandler.cgi?

If you click a View Cart button, without adding any additional products to the cart, do you have products in the cart?

Were you using different browsers, to view the cart by copying the url from one browser (say IE) and pasting it in another browser (say firefox) window?

OMG I'm sorry my mistake. The orders are listed from old to new and I went and selected the top order thinking that was the newest. Thank you for responding so quickly though =) I have another issue to work on though - will post that in a new thread!
