I have a table element that is the *wrong* color. I try altering the CSS of my shopping cart template, but it still is overwritten by billing.cgi. Can I access that, and if not, what`s my next option?

Which exact table element is it?
Is this a ShopSite template or a custom made/modified one?
If ShopSite provided which version of ShopSite and which template?
What is the style that is being assigned to the table element?
