not getting my payments in to my paypal

i have configured my paypal in my shopsite im seeing payment in shopsite but i dont know how to move it to my paypal

Which of the 4 different PayPal payment methods are you using?
PayPal Website Payments Standard,
PayPal Express Checkout,
PayPal Payflow Pro version 4,
PayPal Website Payments Pro

The first two should put the funds directly into your paypal account. The last two are payment gateways that would probably put it into some type of bank account.

If you are using PayPal Standard but also have credit cards checked in ShopSite (Commerce Setup > Payment), then if a customer selects a credit card, they go through the ShopSite checkout instead of PayPal.

In the case of PayPal Standard (if you want all payments to go through there), you need to have only PayPal Standard checked in ShopSite.
