Link Sleuth Reporting 96,110 Bad Local Links

I've been using Xenu's Link Sleuth to find link issues at our Web store and have fixed many missing files or incorrect links. I ran a report yesterday and Link Sleuth reported 96,110 "bad local links."

Here's an example of the bad local links.

http://www.audiobooksonline.com/ZP2208.html#formatIcon anchor occurs multiple times
http://www.audiobooksonline.com/ZP2208.html#miPriceBlock anchor occurs multiple times

I am not aware that these "bad local links" is causing any issues however I don't want to give the search engine spiders, especially Google, any reason to devalue our site.

Anyone else using Link Sleuth?

I ran the page http://www.audiobooksonline.com/ZP2208.html#formatIcon through the html validator at http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/ and it reports lots of redeclarations for styles. So you might want to check the template to make sure that it is free of issues.
