Do you have to use the providers listed with Shopsite or can you use one elsewhere?

The list provided by ShopSite are the only ones that have been implemented and tested in ShopSite. It may be possible to use a gateway that emulates one that is implemented (there are some that claim to use the Authorize.net format) but there is no guarantee that it will work and if if does not we cannot do anything to fix it for you.
