Hi -
I generated a coupon to be used on specific items, however the person just checked out and the coupon was applied to the overall total including items that were not specified. What am I doing wrong?
Just to mention the coupon is for $30 off so the discount should have been taken from only the products that were specified in the coupon and instead they were taken from all products in the shopping cart.

Please explain exactly how you have the coupon setup. If you have it set for $30.00 off and a specific product is selected then as long as that product is place in the cart the $30.00 will be subtracted from the cart total. There is no way to force them to have $30 worth of a particular product if that is what you are trying to accomplish.
