Can't open file /stats/summaries/hostsummary.hosts

When i click on Report button, want to view "Page summary", "Host Summary", "Referrer Summary", Show error as below:-

Can't open file /stats/summaries/hostsummary.hosts.summ

What could be the reason for this. Im hosting my site in IPower. Please assist me asap

I'm using ShopSite® Pro 10 r7.4

All the ShopSite functions are working fine except this issue in the summary page. Fix to this is much appreciated.

That would be a server related issue since it deals with permissions of the file. So you will need to contact your host for assistance with that.

Note that ShopSite 10 r7.2 is an old version (4 major releases since then) and reports have been totally reworked since then. You should upgrade to a newer version, the current version is 11sp1r1.
