How do you change the format of the shopping cart?

All I see is the following. Not sure how to edit the layout - spacing etc with this code.

Each of those tags outputs HTML code with classes and/or IDs. To edit the look or spacing of those you can either add a table around them and style the spacing with your own HTML around them, or view the source of the shopping cart pages, copy the classes/ids, and use CSS to style those classes/ids.
