shipping options restrictions

Hi,
I would like to restrict shipping options for customers relating to whether or not they are domestic or international. In other words, if a customer enters a non-US country, I would only like international shipping options to appear. I'd also like it the other way, but that is not as crucial. Any ideas?

Use one of the real-time shipping options, UPS, USPS, FedEx (or create a Custom Shipping add-0n of your own). They will only display shipping options valid for the country the person is shipping to.
