Yes and no.

If you go to Preferences>Hosting Service and enter an email address in the Merchant e-mail address field you will receive an email of every order.

What you will not receive is the client credit card number. This is actually a good thing as email is not that secure. The last thing you want is to compromise your client's data.

You can use the email as a reminder to go online and collect the orders. You can even download them in a file to do multiple at once. Go to Orders>Download Orders, choose a range of orders based on order number or date and click Proceed to download a file containing the orders, including the CC numbers, to your machine.

I hope that helps.

Yes you can manually download every order then apply correct shipping charges and do a manual entry into your credit card machine if that is what you are trying to do. Having standard shipping charges does not work for our products and all the combinations of shipping we get so we have to manually enter each order and correct the shipping before charging the customer. If you do decide to use this method make sure you use the encrypted key for credit cards. Let me know if you want to set up and need a bit of help.
