Customer Registration - buttons not showing properly

I have 2 buttons that are not displaying properly in the customer registration pages - the Log Out button on the Account Information page and the Add button on the shipping to page - I can't figure out what file I need to access to change those.

Anyone?

You shouldn't need to edit a file to change these images. The image settings for all of the Customer Registration buttons can be found at the bottom of the Commerce Setup -> Store Text -> Customer Registration menu.
