I enter the username, password and certificate on the shopsite pay pal set up and I get a Message saying.
Missing or incomplete certificate.

For the certificate you need to copy from BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY to END CERTIFICATE. Also, which version of ShopSite are you using? PayPal offers both digital signatures and digital certificates. Earlier versions of ShopSite require that the certificate be used instead of the signature.
