Order transfer & Payment Info

Using QuickBooks Pro 2010
Shop Site Product:
Pro Version:
10 sp2 r1

Order Transfer 2.0.3

I am unable to get the Payment info imported into Quickbooks. All other info comes in OK.

Using Symmetric encryption (default) for CC Info
Have CUST Records Updates CC Informantion checked in Order transfer.

What else is needed

Support for the ShopSite "Order Transfer" module is only by email to the address that was included on the receipt when you purchased the product. Please send all inquirys to that email address. This forum is about the ShopSite product itself and most users would have no knowledge about Order Transfer.
