comma versus tab delimited order download

I could use some help. I recently upgraded from 5.0 to 10.2 SS Manager. Does anyone know if there is a way to download orders for an import file to a 3rd party program (Order Desk Expert) in a comma delimited txt format. I am told that I have to and the only option is tab delimited from the download page.

ShopSite doesn't download in comma-delimited format, but you should be able to load the tab-delimited file downloaded from ShopSite into almost any spreadsheet program (such as Microsoft Excel, QuattroPro, or OpenOffice.org's spreadsheet) and then export it from there in a comma-delimited format.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to get it resolved through tech support for my Order Entry program since it was their import program that was the issue. Also had something to do with the fact that Shopsite excluded 3 fields from the old V5.0 when I upgraded to V10.2. Maurie
