APO Woes

When an APO zip code is entered an alert is displayed by UPS saying that service is not available,
but the postal service buttons still appear. But shopsite will not let me advance to checkout,
it just refreshes the shopping cart page.

I am using 10.x (I can't find how to figure out which revision)

To determine the version of ShopSite your store is using, when you are in the back office (manager interface) of your store click on the ShopSite in the navigation area at the top of the screen. Then look at the footer of the page between the to logos (probably both ShopSite logos) and you will see the version you are running.

OK, the version is Pro 10 sp2 r2

However, I still have the problem of not being able to proceed to secure checkout if there is a APO zip code.

So what shipper are you using UPS or USPS? Or do you have both enabled? Have you verified that the package can be sent to the APO zip using the shippers own web interface?

A url to your store (and a apo zip) we could use to see the problem would be helpful.
