Trouble updating to latest Shopsite mangaer

I use Bluehost to host my Shopsite store - updated to latest shopsite manager (10sp2r2) from 10sp1r1 using their "update" process. Everything went fine & It shows that I am currently running sp2r2 at the hosting site but when I go to the actual shopsite manager site it still shows sp1r1 as the version?
