Attempt to order an out of stock item

Postby ametron » Thu Nov 18, 2010 4:37 am

I am receiving notification of "attempt to order an out of stock item" where the original item does not have an Add to Cart button and a
substitute item is available which does have a Add to Cart button.

I can not duplicate the scenerio where an Add to Cart button appears for any of these items so I dont understand how an "attempt
to order an out of stock item" could be generated.

As an example, received a notification today for item # BN94-01432F.
BN94-01432F is not stocked, but has a substitute available.

Modern template

Thanks for any help and suggestions.
