In our days before ShopSite, we sent out different shipping confirmation emails, depending on the method. For example, for UPS orders, the confirmation would show their UPS tracking information and text about how to track. An order shipped via USPS International would have the package ID and a message about it not being trackable.
The same methods are set up in ShopSite, but the developer is saying we cannot vary the message based on shipping method. Can this really be the case? It seems like this should be very straightforward.
