Shopsite page live without login

I currently have a domain name with epicdomains.com and I would like to make it so that a page I have created with shopsite be the page that appears when typing in the domain name I have purchased. I am not sure how to do this so if in simple terms that would be great. I currently have dreamweaver and an ftp program so if that is necessary please let me know. Thank you.
