Unable to find authorized file

I am adding five new items. Four show up in the cart. One gives this error message:

Error verifying /usr/shared/web/novac4/shopsite_sc/shopping_cart/_________________:BAD INPUT.auth
This store may not be authorized to run ShopSite software. Please contact the merchant or webmaster.

Solutions:
1) If the file has been modified or corrupted copy the original store.auth file from the install directory to ____________BAD INPUT.auth in the store data directory.
2) If solution 1 does not work, contact the vendor that sold you ShopSite software to get a valid auth file.

Details:

You should send a private mail for the admin to explore the reason. Hope that you can find the authorized file

Sounds like you have an incorrect encrypted storeid in the url. Sometimes this happens if you have two forms on a page and you have nested the forms. In that case the storeid may be duplicated in the url resulting in a bad value getting passed to the cart and it doesn't know what the store id is so it can't find the appropriate .auth file. We would have to see the exact url you are having the problem with or a link to the page it is on to see what the problem is.
