Orders with no items

Has anyone ever experienced an order with no items attached? When I download a specific order, I still get an order total, customer information, etc., but no items attached to the order.

This is what the breakdown looks like:

Order #-, Date: Thu Aug 19 16:32:17 2010
Qty. Name SKU Each Total
Total: $26.09
Tax Total: No Tax (0.00) $0.00

Total:


$26.09
