Math error in shopsite order

The cost last item listed on the customer's order is not in the total.
the item and the price are correctly listed but the amount is not in the total
This is the second time this error has occurred but it was several months ago.
I am unable to duplicate this problem by ordering the same item.
Any ideas?

To find out what the possible problem is access to that particular order, the iorder.##.done or .new and access to your store would probably be required so that is why I recommend contacting your host or ShopSite directly for assistance.
