Product Download Issue

When I download the product database file user Shopsite 10 in the More Info field html, throughout the product description I am seeing this: |n| I know it is a problem with the download process because when I look at a particular product file html it is not there.

Any help would be appreciated.

Those |n| character indicate a return character in your database field. Normally there should be no returns in html but occasionally if you copy and paste from a text editor they will get into the html. They are nothing to worry about as they will be converted back when you upload. If you want to get rid of them and you need a return/new line in your html you could put in <br> tags.

Jim, thanks for your quick response. When I do upload the files unfortunately they get uploaded, I will try a search and replace on the excel sheet. Thanks again.
