Moving store from /shopsite_sc/ to root directory

I have set up store and activated SSL , all is working.
How can I move the store from /shopsite_sc/ to the site root directory?

You will need to talk to your host to do that. It will require a new authorization file as well as moving files, images, editing store settings files, resetting image attributes etc, etc.

In addition some hosts have a set install location and won't allow the store to be moved to a different location.
