Adding a shipping option

I have a question about creating a shipping option for our store. If you think it will help you can check out the store at www.fishingfranks.com/store

As you can see it's a tackle store. We also have a brick and mortar store. Something that has been asked of us is if we can add a "pick up at store" option.

Is it possible to add that option to the shopping cart so they can place their order online and pick up their items at the store? Is it possible to have that "pick up at store" button or link bring up a section where they can add text for special instructions, ie, they order a reel and would like it filled with 20lb line?

Yes. You can add a "pick up in store" option by enabling one of the ShopSite built-in calculators, save changes, then go to Preferences > Store Text > Shipping, and rename the shipping option.

This shipping option would not have a special page for instructions; however, the customer will be able to specify an ordering instructions or comments on the first two pages of checkout in the Ordering Instructions box or the Customer Comments/More Information box.
