Anyone using internationalcheckout.com?

We are planning to integrate service from www.internationalcheckout.com for shipment of international orders. They run through an iframe accessed from the shopping cart page that takes the customer to their checkout process.

Anyway, I am hoping to find someone that has integrated this service already so I will know how hard it is going to be.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
