Why am I getting "Bad" in status of Shopsite_db?

You will probably need to go through your host or directly to ShopSite for fixing this type of problem. You can purchase a support incident from ShopSite at http://shopsite.com/support_pricing.html if you host doesn't provide support.
When was the last time you made a backup of your data? Does you host make daily/weekly backups that you could restore from?
