Where is info from MY ACCOUNT? (when customer registers)

Hi,

Does anyone know where the information is stored when a customer signs up to the website and it has all of their order history, contact info, ship to, preferences, etc?

Can that information be edited and added on to from somewhere?

If a customer calls and says they forgot their password, can it be retrieved from somewhere? Can it be reset by the merchant?

You can edit some of their info by going to Commerce Setup -> Customer Registration and finding the shopper's account (either by searching for something specific, or by clicking List All Customers and looking through the resulting list) and then click the Edit button. If you want to change their password, there is a Change Password button at the bottom of the Edit menu. Although if they just forgot their password, then they can use the Forgot Password link in the shopper-facing Sign In page to have the password emailed to them (actually, I think it will email them a link that will allow them to change their password).
