Viewing orders

Is there a way to sort orders by product? We have digital downloads and tangible products and would like to be able to view orders with tangible products separately.

On the Orders > Configure screen there is an option on how to sort orders. The available options are none, SKU, Name and either Ascending or Descending. So if your products are named or have SKUs such that you can differentiate the tangible or down-loadable you could use that feature to sort them in the order.

Thank you but its not on each individual order that I want to sort. In the Orders page you can filter your orders by number, unread, email etc...I would like to be able to filter for tangible products - so maybe a filter by SKU and I can make all the tangible products have a SKU that starts with same 3 numbers or letters.

I'll add it as an enhancement request for consideration for a future version of ShopSite.

Really though the order sort is more for total order sorting rather than for individual items in an order. An order could have both tangible and downloadable products so how would that sort?

That order would still show up in the filter - basically we dont want to have to look at every order to see which ones have items for shipping. If someone only ordered downloads, we should not need to do anything with that order.
