fixing main url problem.

When in the shopsite backoffice and I click the link to show my store, it goes to:
http://freeshopnetwork.com/shopsite_sc/index.html

However, my primary domain freeshopnetwork.com is only going to an AT&T "under construction" page.(it redirects to this url)
http://freeshopnetwork.com/SiteDefaultPage/

Is this fixed under shopsite or do I need to go to AT&T?

Under Preferences > Hosting Services is a field called "My Store" URL: That you can change to the url you want the My Store button to go to. It will not however change the directory where you pages are published since that is set by your store authorization file. You can see this url in the Store URL: field located on that same screen.

Yes, I already tried changing the "my store" url to be "freeshopnetwork.com" but all that did was send me to the AT&T parked page.

How do we update the store authorizaation file to point it to the primary domain URL?

You would need to contact who ever you purchased the store from and get the new authorization file from them. Note that there is more to changing the domain location in your store settings files than just replacing the authorization file. Also if they create a new auth file it must have the same login id and serial number or any encrypted settings will have to be reentered.

What is the url specified in your authorization file? freeshopnetwork.com, freeshopnetwork.com/store freeshopnetwork.com/sshopping_cart etc?
