Is it possible for associates to register themselves. I looked in the control panel and it seems that I can only set them up with an email and link. How could I store there other information such as payment address, method etc?

It is not possible for associates to register themselves in your ShopSite store since it requires access to the backoffice of your store.

There is no place in ShopSite to record other information about the associate. I'll add an enhancement request to have that looked at for adding to a future release.

There are a number of 3rd party affiliate tracking programs that will work with ShopSite. If you do a search (link at top center of each forum page) in the forum for affiliate you will find discussions about some that are being used by other merchants.
