I need some help getting a ShopSite built, with digital delivery. Need to be up this week!

I have a Shopsite, merchant account with Payflow, all ready to rock, just short of time to build the shop. Could also use some help wiht admin of the site over the month of Feb. Short term project selling services during the Olympics.
