How do you change Associates alert email?

How do you change the content and/or layout of the email that gets sent to Associates?

This store has just received an order:

Order Date: Wed Jan 13 15:57:07 2010

Shopper Name: ----
Product Total: 79.99
Subtotal: 79.99

You might be able to customize some of the text but there is no other configuration that can be done to it.

Another option would be to setup an 3rd party script to handle all your affiliates. In most cases it's very easy to integrate any 3rd party script because you can edit the ShopSite shopping cart template to include the Affilate code that idenitifies the sale.
