PIMS and ShopSite error.

I am trying to get our inventory management system called PIMS by ExecUtron to upload new product info into our ShopSite server. Every time I try I get a "Could not FTP product file..." error. PIMS is generating an XML file for the products to be uploaded. Where should these files be going and what else has to happen for ShopSite to update its database.?

We have a few clients using PIMS. For them, the software connects via FTP and puts the XML file in the "www" directory. If this is not their ShopSite output directory, we symlink it in their ShopSite output directory.

I believe you can set the ShopSite backoffice URL in PIMS so PIMS can also auto XML upload this file after it has been uploaded.
