How to set up User Agreement for a product (N00B!)

Greetings all. I've got a site that was created using Shopsite. It works fine, but now I want to add a "User Agreement" to a couple products.

When the user purchases one of these products, they would have to read the User Agreement and click the checkbox that they read and understand it. Is there some way to do this? Haven't been able to figure this out.

If you have the Pro level of ShopSite you can use the Custom Checkout fields to do something like you want. It would be on a store wide basis thought and not per product

You know, that's probably just fine! I think I can make it work following the "Store Policy" example!
